your InterNIC registration is not yet complete, you
can access your website using http://208.00.00.111/menu.
You
can begin working on your site immediately! However,
if you have just registered your new domain name, it
may take a few days for your email and domain name to
function because InterNIC must register and propagate
your new domain name throughout the entire Internet.
In
the meantime, you can use your IP address.
